Half-open elongated masks help enhance patients’ comfort through its anatomical shape, offering great flexibility. In addition, monitoring the procedure is easier due to the transparent plastic used to make the oxygen mask. And to allow a very high concentration of oxygen to be administered to the patient, there is a rebreathing valve on the reservoir bag. It prevents the patient's exhaled air from getting back into the reservoir bag.
The recommended oxygen delivery for high-concentration masks is between 5 and 15 litres per minute. Achieve between 69 and 100 per cent oxygen concentration with this product, depending on the flow rate.
