UROSID® 10-ml Silicone Foley Catheters with Tiemann Tip
The UROSID® 10-ml Silicone Foley Catheter with Tiemann Tip helps in both passive emptying and retrograde filling or drainage of the urinary bladder especially for male patients. This catheter is a double-lumen, transurethral urinary catheter made out of medical-grade silicone. This indwelling catheter has a continuous barium sulphate X-ray contrast strip.
To bring more comfort to patients, the Tiemann tip is designed to be atraumatic for male patients with a narrowed and constricted urethra.
To help you choose the appropriate size of catheter, each diameter is colour-coded and can be used with several types of catheter extensions as well as all UROSID urine bags. Additionally, the valve comes with a luer syringe attachment.
The catheter balloons have a filling volume from 5 to 10 ml.
