Medline’s Comfort Glide Reusable Foam Wedges provide an effective solution for offloading pressure at high-risk points, helping to prevent the most vulnerable patients from developing pressure ulcers. This positioning tool offers a 30-degree tilt position, as recommended by the European Pressure Ulcer Advisory Panel (EPUAP), resulting in an improved positioning process.
Our reusable wedges make patient repositioning easier and safer, providing: Stability on mattress and hospital bed linen, due to non-slip base grips Proper placement indications guided by arrows Reduced cross-contamination because of an easy-to-clean fabric Decreased waste, as each is reusable and can be cleaned with disinfecting products.
