European Donation Committees

Medline Europe has established Regional Donation Committees, with the goal of encouraging employee engagement while fostering community impact. This initiative presents an opportunity for our employees to get involved in the communities where we operate and support charitable causes that align with at least one of Medline’s key philanthropic priorities.

Health Awareness Campaigns

As a company in the healthcare industry, Medline has been an active supporter of efforts to raise health awareness, not only among our employees, but also in the communities in which we operate.

Breast Cancer Awareness - Pink October

Every October, Medline ‘turns pink’ in support of Breast Cancer Awareness Month. Since 2024, Medline Europe has teamed up with leading breast cancer charity Think Pink Europe, whose primary goal is to close the gaps in access to healthcare across Europe and support individuals through their challenging breast cancer journeys.

Through our partnership, we donate 20 eurocents for every Generation Pink® Nitrile Exam Gloves box sold in Europe on an annual basis.

Breast Cancer Awareness - Pink October

Every November, Medline invites its employees to take a mo-ment and move for their mental and physical well-being. Either for themselves or for the men in their lives, we encourage our teams across Europe to engage in this together. As part of this initiative, we make an annual donation to the Movember Foundation in Europe.
