As Medline EMEA celebrates its 15th anniversary in April 2026, this milestone reflects a period of steady expansion and close collaboration with healthcare professionals.
Today, the company operates from 19 offices across EMEA, supported by more than 2,100 employees representing over 75 nationalities. This international workforce works closely with nearly 4,900 healthcare organisations, providing products and solutions that support everyday clinical care.
The strength of this network is also built on experience. More than 300 colleagues have been with Medline Europe for over 10 years, contributing deep knowledge of healthcare systems and long-standing partnerships with hospitals and providers.
Growth across the region has also been shaped by eight strategic acquisitions, expanding capabilities and strengthening the organisations ability to support healthcare providers.
Despite this growth, Medlines guiding principle has remained consistent: a strong focus on the customer and the practical needs of healthcare professionals.

This approach is reflected in the practical solutions Medline develops to simplify clinical workflows.
One example is Medlines Sterile and Minor Procedure Trays (SPT/MPT), designed to standardise procedure set-ups and improve efficiency in operating theatres. Since 2011, Medline has delivered more than 120 million trays to healthcare facilities across EMEA, helping streamline preparation and save valuable time for clinical teams.

Alongside operational growth, Medline EMEA continues to integrate responsible practices into its operations. Across its European facilities, the company has installed 8,251 solar panels and launched its first electric truck fleet in France in 2025, which has already travelled more than 27,000 kilometres and helped avoid over 11 tonnes of CO₂e emissions.
