Medline announces the appointment of Antonio Garcia Paine as Vice President, Sales and Marketing EMEA, strengthening leadership across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa.
Antonio brings more than two decades of experience in the medical devices and healthcare sector, with a strong track record in driving sustainable growth, building high-performing international teams, and developing long-term customer partnerships. In his new role, he will lead Medline’s sales strategy across the EMEA region, working closely with local teams and partners to support healthcare providers with high-quality, reliable solutions.
Antonio has been part of Medline for several years, during which he has held multiple senior leadership positions across Europe. Most recently, he served as Vice President Sales & General Manager MEA, overseeing commercial activities across multiple regions and product categories. His deep understanding of diverse healthcare systems, combined with his strategic and people-focused leadership style, has been instrumental in driving both top-line growth and operational excellence.
A key focus of Antonio’s leadership approach is proximity to customers and teams. By working closely with local sales organisations and partners, he aims to ensure Medline remains responsive to the evolving needs of healthcare systems across the region, while maintaining a strong local presence supported by global capabilities.
In addition to his commercial expertise, Antonio is known for his commitment to talent development and organisational culture. He holds an Executive MBA from IE Business School and has completed advanced leadership and executive coaching programs, bringing a strong focus on collaboration, empowerment, and continuous improvement.
