The ENDOSID® Left-sided Bronchial Double-lumen Tube is specifically designed for one-lung ventilation. It includes cuffs for closing both the trachea and the bronchus.
To enhance the safety and efficiency of one-lung ventilation, the PVC tube features angled elbow connections at its distal end. These connections can be connected to the ventilator and manually locked using a rotary knob. Thus, the lumens can be opened or closed manually using a rotary knob, depending on the needs of the anaesthetist.
The need for Magill forceps to open or close the lumen is obsolete. With clear markings on the rotary handle, the process of opening and closing is securely facilitated.
